چکیده

Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) have been demonstrated to be the key technology in feeding either single- and three-phase loads a wide range of critical applications, such as high-tier datacenters medical facilities. To increase overall system power capacity resilience, UPS systems are usually connected parallel. When parallel connected, circulating current can rise, inhibiting correct operation. Moreover, having controlled load distribution is another fundamental requirement paralleled systems. However, strategies ensure these two topics not explored date for with load-side neutral connection. This paper proposes an innovative Finite Control Set Model Predictive (FCS-MPC) strategy that ensures elimination use additional inverter leg point Additionally, topology based on parallel-connected simultaneously supply proposed. Experimental results show effectiveness robustness proposed control techniques even when different types

Model Predictive Approach for a Simple and Effective Load Voltage Control of Four-Leg Inverter With an Output $LC$ Filter

This paper presents a finite control set model predictive strategy and its application to the load voltage control of two-level four-leg inverters. The proposed approach uses the novel discrete-time model of the inverter and output LC filter in order to predict the variables to be controlled. These predictions are carried out for the 16 switching states of the inverter and are evaluated using a...

Offset-Free Model Predictive Control for Output Voltage Regulation of Three-Phase Inverter for Uninterruptible Power Supply Applications

This paper proposes an offset-free model predictive control (MPC) method for output voltage regulation of the three phase inverter for an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) application. A use of a disturbance observer (DOB) is made to estimate the unknown disturbance caused by the load current and a plant-model mismatch. The proposed MPC optimizes the one step ahead cost function. The online co...

Robust Model Reference Adaptive Control Applied to Three-Phase Uninterruptible Power Supplies

In the high power converters such as three-phase inverters is recommended to operate at low frequencies, due to the switching losses. In addition, modeling errors and non linear loads with unmodeled dynamics frequently degrade the controllers performance resulting in a poor transient response and instability. This paper presents a robust model reference adaptive controller (RMRAC) for three-pha...
